How long does it take to send my order?
Domestic shipping within Australia: All orders are sent Express via Australia Post and may take 2-3 business days to deliver dependent on your location – excludes weekends and public holidays.
International shipping: We ship worldwide using DHL Couriers or Australia Post Pack and Tack. Delivery will take approximately 7-9 days business days. 

What is the delivery cost?
Domestic shipping within Australia: Flat rate $10.00 AUD
International shipping: Flat rate $25.00 AUD

Returns and alterations
All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard. In case of a manufacturing fault, faulty items can be returned for a replacement/repair. For more information please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

What are the garments made of?
Luxury fabrics, silks, chiffons, tulles and lace sourced from France and across the globe. All of our pieces are made from stretch lace and fabric to ensure the perfect fit each time.

Where are the products made?
Most of our SJ Lingerie pieces are handmade on the Gold Coast, Australia, excluding the Embroidered Star Set, Vixen Scalloped Lace Bodysuit and Raw Italian Tulle Bodysuit, which are all produced at an Italian factory in Shanghai. 

What currency is used on the website?
All items will be processed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST Tax.
