DELIVERY: All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. All Australian orders are sent Express via Australia Post and may take 1-3 business days to deliver dependent on your location.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. No signature is required on delivery.

Due to hygiene issues associated with underwear we do not normally accept returns for change of mind. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, SJ Lingerie is happy to discuss these details further with you in regards to the exchange of an item, refund or credit note, providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition.
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 10 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all original tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 10 day window will be sent back to the original address. All sale items are also considered final sale.
